Yum Yum Donuts Robbed PDF Print E-mail
On 02/11/12 at approximately 3:44 PM, a male armed with a gun robbed the Yum Yum Donut shop located at 7550 El Cajon Boulevard in La Mesa.

The male suspect entered the store, displayed a black handgun, and demanded cash from the clerk. After the clerk complied, the suspect left the store on foot. The suspect was last seen on foot eastbound toward Comanche Drive. Officers searched the surrounding areas with assistance from SDPD’s ABLE but were unable to locate the suspect. The suspect is described as a white male in his 30’s, wearing a brown and tan hat with an unknown logo on the front, a brown zip-up style sweatshirt, and blue pants.

The suspect had short hair and a small mustache. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the La Mesa Police Department.
