| Man Robbed of His Computer |

On November 21, 2011, at approximately 3:23 PM, La Mesa Police Department received a report from a male who had been robbed of his laptop computer about an hour earlier. The robbery occurred near the intersection of Chloe Avenue and Buckland Street in the City of La Mesa.
The male came to the police station after he was walking at the intersection, when a suspect questioned him about his laptop computer. The suspect tried to take the laptop from the victim and the victim struggled to keep hold. A second suspect then struck the victim in the face with his fist. The suspect took control of the laptop and was last seen fleeing westbound on Buckland Street. The male sustained minor injuries to his face, but did not need medical attention.
The suspects are described as:
Suspect #1: Black male adult, light complexion, about 25 years old, 6’1”, approximately 170 pounds, wearing a black T-shirt and blue jean shorts. The suspect had neck length hair and braids. He also had an unknown tattoo on his left forearm.
Suspect #2: Hispanic male adult, about 25 years old, 5’9”, approximately 150 pounds, unknown clothing. The suspect had short spiky black hair. |
