Two arrested in attack on teen in La Mesa PDF Print E-mail
Members of the East County Gang Task Force have arrested Alvaro Regalado, 19, and Juan Arriero, 20, both San Diego residents, in connection with a Monday robbery during which a young tourist was shot in the head.  Both were booked into county jail on counts of attempted murder, robbery, being a gang member with a firearm, and participating in a criminal street gang, police said. Regalado also was booked on a count of being a probationer with a firearm and discharging a firearm from a vehicle. Arriero also faces a charge of making criminal threats.
